TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLD TEXT GENERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO US IN THE PRECEDING THREE (3) MONTHS.
