Bold Text Generator is free to use. We do not sell paid plans or upgrades at this time. This policy explains how we handle refunds in the rare event of an accidental or unauthorized charge.

2. Eligible Refunds

• Duplicate charges or billing errors that we confirm.
• Unauthorized transactions that can be verified.

3. Not Eligible

• Requests without sufficient transaction details.
• Requests made more than 60 days after the charge date.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@boldtextgenerator.space with:

• The email used for the purchase
• Order number or receipt
• A brief explanation of the issue

We typically respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
